5èmes Journées Internationales du Risque

Les Journées Internationales du Risque 2022 auront lieu les 30 juin et 1er juillet prochain à Niort. Lieu de rencontre entre chercheurs depuis 2011, ce colloque se propose d’approfondir la réflexion sur la thématique du risque à travers une vision globale de nature économique et financière. La transversalité de l’approche cherche délibérément à enrichir les débats sur le processus d’identification, de mesure et de régulation des risques.

EconomiX (CNRS and Université Paris Nanterre), the Paris Center for Law & Economics (Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas), the Laboratoire d’Economie Dionysien (Paris 8 Université Vincennes-St Denis), ERUDITE (Université Paris Est-Créteil), and the Center for Economics of Paris Nord (CNRS and Université Sorbonne Paris Nord) will jointly organize the 8th International Meeting in Law & Economics, on May 27-28, 2021. Given the pandemic situation, the workshop will take place online this year. 

18th annual conference of the German Law and Economics Association

The 18th annual conference of the German Law and Economics Association (Gesellschaft für Recht und Ökonomik e.V.) is scheduled for July 22+23 in Berlin, to be hosted by the Freie Universität. The local organizer is Andreas Engert. Should the pandemic prohibit an offline meeting, we are planning for an online conference.

Online Workshop on Economic Analysis of Litigation

in cooperation with the French (AFED), German (GLEA), Italian (SIDE), Polish (PSEAP) and Spanish (AEDE) Law and Economics Associations

Objectives of the workshop: the aim of this meeting is to bring together economists, lawyers and social scientists to discuss the problems of justice, courts’ functioning and the litigation process.

37th Annual Conference of the European Association of Law & Economics

The European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) welcomes submissions for its 37th annual conference to be held at the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas on September 24-25, 2020.

Policy papers are eligible if they deal with very important and timely issues. Submissions must be original and not yet published. Submitting a draft is possible, but we will give preference to full papers.
